Speech-Language Pathology                         

Humans are unique in their ability to articulate such a complex system of languages. Most infants are born with the ability to learn whatever language they are introduced to. On occasion, there may be road blocks to successful communication.  When the ability to communicate is impaired, we are often left frustrated. In the worst situations, one may even stop attempting to communicate if their messages are not received.

Speech-language pathologists work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds in assessing and treating speech, language, cognitive and swallowing problems. Whether the difficulty is the result of autism, speech or language disorders, cognitive disorders or a medical condition, our staff of speech-language pathologists have the training and resources available to evaluate and treat these disorders.
