The Sisters of Divine Savior Healthcare
The congregation of the Sisters of the Divine Savior, also known as the Salvatorian Sisters, takes its name from the Latin word Salvator, which means Savior. Our international religious community was co-founded by Venerable Francis Mary of the Cross Jordan and Blessed Mary of the Apostles in Tivoli, Italy in 1888.
Today our Salvatorian Sisters minister in 29 countries on 5
continents to make known the goodness and kindness of Jesus,
Savior of the world.
In addition to their sponsorship of Divine Savior Healthcare, the
Sisters of the Divine Savior sponsor Divine Savior Holy Angels
High School, St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus, Hadley Terrace
Apartments, SDS Hope House, and serve in numerous other
collaborative ministries. We encourage you to examine our
ministries to see how we make a difference in so many lives,
and how you could too!
