Massage therapy is ideal for pain management, relaxation and stress reduction for all ages.
Massage Therapist Nicole Schroepfer joined Divine Savior Healthcare with a background in Swedish Massage, TuiNa, reflexology, muscle release techniques and sports massage. Nicole is excited to bring her massage therapy skills into a medical model organization and has many innovative ideas for growing massage therapy services for the area.
"A massage not only feels good, but research has shown that it can have many positive effects on your body as well," said Schroepfer. "Not only can it increase your circulation and blood flow, it can also lower your blood pressure and help your brain produce endorphins, which are part of your body's natural form of pain killer."
Nicole's philosophy with her clinical skills is to "help people without pills," helping to get to the core of the problem and avoid masking of the issues that may be causing pain and discomfort.
Nicole will be offering both daytime and evening appointments Monday through Friday, and will take appointments as well as walk-ins service when available.
