The holidays are a special time for all of us at Divine Savior Healthcare, and we encourage you to keep those less fortunate in your hearts this season and throughout the year.
Some of our residents at Extended Care, Divine Savior's skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, are in need of day-to-day personal items. Many residents no longer have the benefit of family and friends to assist with these items, or to provide them with a special gift this season.

Unwrapped gifts may be dropped off at the front lobby of Divine Savior Extended Care, 715 W. Pleasant Street, Portage, or at the front desk of Divine Savior Healthcare, 2817 New Pinery Road, Portage. Please drop off all donations by noon on Thursday, Dec. 20.
Monetary gifts are also accepted and will go toward the purchase of Resident Wish List items. Checks should be made to Divine Savior Healthcare and mailed to Divine Savior Healthcare - Online Giving Tree, P.O. Box 387, Portage, WI 53901.
