Heart Care 2007 is a screening program offered by Divine Savior Healthcare to help reduce your risk of heart disease by evaluating your present health status and offering suggestions for improvement. It identifies YOUR risk factors, such as high blood pressure, elevated glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, lack of adequate exercise or too much stress.

Each person who participates receives an individualized cardiac risk profile analysis with special personalized instructions on how to reduce the identified risks.

The charge for Heart Care 2007 is only $10! To take advantage of this program and make an appointment, simply call out Heart Care phone line.
