Each year, Divine Savior Healthcare provides free cancer awareness activities and screenings in April, our designated Cancer Awareness Month. These services are open to the public, and include:

· FREE colon cancer screening kit to use at home, and free processing by Divine Savior Healthcare;
· FREE skin cancer screening exam by a qualified practitioner (Exams will take place on April 17 from 6-8 p.m., by appointment only.);
· Information on eligibility for FREE mammograms or pap smears through the Wisconsin Well Woman Program; and
· FREE information mailed to your home on cancer facts, cancer prevention, eating to reduce your cancer risk, and tobacco facts

Call the Education Department's Cancer Awareness Phone Line (745-6406) April 2 through 5 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to:

·  to make an appointment for a skin cancer screening exam,
·  to receive a free colorectal cancer screening kit, and
·  to receive more information.
