As college education costs continue to rise, Divine Savior Healthcare is pleased to help area students get closer to their healthcare career goals.

Divine Savior Healthcare will give two monetary awards to graduating high school seniors and/or adults returning to school seeking degrees in healthcare-related fields from an accredited college, university or technical school. Each award provides a renewable annual amount of $1,000; of that amount, $250 is a grant to the student and $750 is a forgivable loan. The loan portion will be forgiven if the student accepts full-time employment with Divine Savior Healthcare upon graduation and remains employed by Divine Savior Healthcare for two years. These awards may be renewed each year for up to five years.

Application forms are available through high school guidance offices, and at Divine Savior Healthcare locations at 2817 New Pinery Road (Highway 51 North) and 715 W. Pleasant Street, Portage.
