“As a board-certified Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine and Critical Care physician, I am pleased to serve the Portage community at Divine Savior Healthcare. My goal is to help improve the quality of life for the patients I see.”
-Dr. Clint Bonebrake

Dr. Bonebrake came to Wisconsin from Chicago, Illinois after receiving his medical degree from Rusch Medical College. His internship, residency and fellowship were all completed with University of Wisconsin Hospitals.

Dr. Bonebrake knew from a very young age that he would be a physician. He entered health care as a nurse and realized how much joy it brought him to help others through their ailment.

“If you are experiencing difficulties breathing or sleeping, contact your physician to discuss working with me to diagnose and treat your symptoms. If together you feel an appointment with me would be beneficial, I would be pleased to provide your care,” Dr. Bonebrake says.

Dr. Bonebrake enjoys his career and the local community. He especially appreciates the pine trees which are in the area. If not for his interest in the medical field, he would likely be working closely with the prison system.

A top priority of Dr. Bonebrake’s is to treat adult patients who are experiencing cough, shortness of breath, problems with breathing while sleeping and respiratory difficulties of all types. He encourages patients experiencing these conditions to utilize Divine Savior Healthcare’s advanced screenings, diagnostics or sleep lab to narrow down a treatment choice to improve their condition.

“Divine Savior Healthcare contributes companionship and partnership to our area,” he says.

He is especially happy that we have available respiratory and physical therapies, as well as inpatient and outpatient procedures that can help you breathe easy, all under one roof, and right here in our community.

Hobbies and interests of Dr. Bonebrake’s include the green movement, environmentally sound practices, geothermal heating and cooling and organic farming.
