This comprehensive five-week course introduces parents-to-be to the fundamentals of childbirth. Topics covered include: pain control options, relaxation techniques, the labor process, C-sections, preparing for your baby, breastfeeding, and a tour of Divine Savior Healthcare’s Birthing Center.

Online Birthing Class
Our online childbirth class is ideal for those expectant parents who can’t attend an on-site childbirth class due to work schedules, time constraints, or medical conditions. The eight-chapter program is an interactive, web-based class that uses videos, personal birth stories, animations, activities, and games to teach all the essential information parents need to know to prepare for their birth.
Participants can take the chapters at their own pace over a 90 day period, with the entire class taking approximately 4-5 hours. Our online childbirth class will help you understand pregnancy, learn about labor, see how the stages of labor unfold and discover helpful comfort techniques.
